ABOUT
Elain Chen is a Concept Artist and Illustrator based in Los Angeles, California. She is a graduate of ArtCenter College of Design in the Concept Design track. She loves to explore imaginative new worlds in her art as well as capturing specific moods and feelings through the use of light and color.
Her other hobbies include people watching, building houses in the sims, and sketching in coffee shops.
